Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing depends on your original payment method.
